For a more comprehensive design service that includes multiple design changes, detailed plans and elevations with all measurements, high definition rendered images and a detailed product listing that can be used as a shopping list we recommend our 'Visit You' package starting at £240.00. Our 'Visit You' services is now up and running, we follow covid 19 safety advice but is subject to any local restrictions. Whether you need just a basic cad design, a design based on your architects drawings so you can visualize how your new kitchen can look or a detailed plan so you can shop around to get the best quote, our Articad design package, images and product listings can do this for you. We supply kitchens from major brands like BA Components, Marpatt, Trade Mouldings, Deseo, Parapan and many others at competative prices so we can also include our quote. I've worked in the kitchen and bedroom industry for many years, working in well known national companies and hi end independants as an installer and I'd found that the level of service the customer received was very often quite poor. In the majority of showrooms the customer doesn't really meet a designer but a salesperson who is under pressure to meet targets, sell finance and warranties. Customers would come away feeling that they weren't really listened to, not given choices and alternatives and confused about pricing being put under pressure to sign today to get extra discount etc. TBH, most of the KBB industry is a maze with its so called discounts, permanant sales tactics and 'special' offers. I wanted to offer a service that is good quality, to listen to the customer and meet their requirements and if something isn't possible to explain why and offer alternatives and be transparent in pricing.
Years of practical experiance in the kitchen and bedroom industry as an installer, I have a wealth of product knowledge. I listen to what the customer says and offer practical advice and an honest opinion. I'm not tied to any particular suppliers so if I know of a more suitable product I will always say. I don't do the heavy sales routine at anytime and I'm always available. As I also supply kitchen and bedroom furniture nationally, if I do supply the furniture then my design costs are free.
I currently offer 2 levels of design service, my remote service at only £140.00 where I send you a design pack so you can send me your room measurements and other information.
My visit you service is up and running again and that's £240.00 and I visit you and we can discuss your requirements, I take all the measurements needed.
For both services I supply detailed CAD drawings, HD rendered pictures, any changes as required, I can include other features like flooring, wall colours, tiles etc.
Apart from being fully vaccinated, I follow the current govenrment guidelines. I don't have a showroom so my general public interaction is limited and when out and about I do wear a mask in enclosed spaces and use hand sanitiser regularly.
