When I first visited Beau, back in December, I suffered with debilitating depression and anxiety. I was in my final year of university, and struggling to even understand the reasons for my poor mental health. I had had a number of different types of therapy, but none really seemed to help. I felt totally lost. I was sceptical going into hypnotherapy and it was kind of a last resort.
Beau didn't try to decipher my history and the causes of these problems, but explained the processes behind my anxiety and sadness which enabled me to comprehend why I was feeling this way. Already, after the first proper session with him, I was feeling better and felt more capable of handling my stress. After 12 weekly sessions (some even on Skype!) I felt like totally new person; I now deal with my issues differently and don't overthink in the way I used to.
