I worked with Dominic 4 weeks to work through some people pleasing habits and gaining clarity on my life direction. He was very understanding and relatable, and the hypnotherapy worked better than I thought it could. I left every session with more and more clarity on my goals and the person I want to become. After the sessions, I still have actionable steps to continuously work on, so I never lose that clarity. Couldn’t recommend Dominic enough.

I have had an excellent time working with Anjum. He has such a wide breadth of knowledge and experience that I feel like every issue I experience we can thoroughly work through using various methods. Our first contact was a short, free discussion and even through this I felt like I was starting to understand myself better. As someone who particularly loves to learn, I find his approach refreshing and comprehensive. Rather than making me rant about my problems he helps me to break them down and fully grasp them, offering a new perspective. I always look forward to my sessions with Anjum because he makes me laugh as much as he makes me cry (a balance which has never been struck with previous therapists).

Robert Sefton Jai Waghmare, in my opinion, is the platinum standard of the personal development industry. Never before have I felt so cared for or understood by a therapist. Possessor of an unusual ability to cut through the inevitable obfuscations that plague clients, and get straight to the point in such a deft way that is both impressive and amazing. Robert is a natural who has set the bar very high for any other therapist to reach. With his skills he is able to uncover root causes in a fraction of the time taken by most therapists, counsellors and psychiatrists, applying the methodologies he has personally developed from years of experience, to help his clients remove those same root causes, with the ability to heal and transform the mind, body and spirit. I feel hugely privileged to have worked with Robert, both as his student and his client, he is a skilled master and an utter genius in his understanding of the human psyche. I have no hesitation in recommending him.

Imagine living most of your life in some kind of physical pain or discomfort, and after years of being prescribed a range of steroid creams and treatments as a child and a young adult, you realise that these seem to make things worse rather than help your situation. Picture yourself going to school in pain or discomfort most days, and yet, because you don’t make a big deal out of it, you are told you could do better, or that you are in some way not quite up to the mark. Imagine, when despite remaining cheerful, chirpy and maintaining a sense of humour throughout all of this, you are often told that you are a bit of a trouble-maker. You radically adapt your diet in an effort to reduce the effects of your symptoms; a downside of which being that socialising and holidays become a logistical nightmare rather than a most needed break. Imagine therefore, a kind of human game of ‘cat and mouse’ being played out between your mind and your body. Now imagine this….. Gifting yourself a course of Curative Hypnotherapy treatments as a 50th birthday present to yourself, and finding that over several months, steadily and effortlessly, your lifelong issues, symptoms, pain and discomfort disappear, one by one, and one day you wake up and realise there is no trace of any pain or discomfort ANYWHERE in your body/mind. Imagine also if you will, some additional perks; emotional baggage you were only vaguely aware of also dispersing, and some new interests and hobbies beginning to emerge; a new world of possibilities opening up. As the famous saying goes, ‘If you can imagine it, it can become a reality.’ I must have a pretty good imagination, because with (a lot of) help from Helen Lesser, this has indeed, become my reality. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for what this lady has done for me, but I hope this review will help her realise how her incredible work has made such a huge difference to my life.
