Initially it began with me acknowledging that something wasn’t right in my life. It was one of those ‘perfect storm’ times in a life where I had too many things to cope with, teenage children, a busy job, problems with the job, study, illness in the family. But of course, I kept going! Taking a course on mindfulness helped me to see that I wasn’t coping and wasn’t happy. There were reasons I was bursting into tears all the time.
Listening to hypnotherapy tracks helped me to reprogram my mind. The desire to spread the word about this wonderful way of healing inspired me to retrain and qualify as a solution focused hypnotherapist. I didn’t really think of myself as starting my own business but I needed to spread the word somehow so Mind’s Eye Hypnotherapy was born.
