I am a UKCP accredited psychotherapist, trainer and supervisor with an extensive background in health promotion, fitness training, yoga and meditation practice as well as professional qualifications to trainer level in psychotherapy, advanced clinical hypnosis and NLP, . However I don’t believe for one second that it’s the qualifications, nor the fact that I have trained with the best, that make me a great therapist. my main two problems are agoraphobia and constant negative thoughts and memories which cause me anxiety and depression. Additionally i have a food addiction and smoking addiction and compulsive spending problem. That is a number of issues so i don't expect all to be dealt with at once . i did have one therapy session years ago and i got amazing results which lasted for over a year and that was with just one session

I suffer from anxiety and have had talking therapy which has helped reduce it, I do however grind my teeth heavily while sleeping and clench my jaw a lot of the time.
