I went to chris as a last resort having tried my doctor and all the routes she suggested. I even tried acupunture. I knew I was being daft, but I just couldn't manage to cope with everyday life. Everything was so hard to do. My doctor called it depression and gave me pills and not a lot else. I was also drinking quite heavily and having relationship problems (I can see why now).
Anyway, as a last resort I thought i'd try hypnosis.
The hardest part was picking up the phone and leaving a message, but chris called back very quickly. I made the appointment (which was FREE!) and went for a chat.
I didn't know what to expect, but although I was nervous, he put me at my ease very quickly and explained exactly what he did and how it would help me. I was skeptical, but I was also desparate.
I booked the first session, and the rest is history. It only took a few weeks to get me back on track and nine weeks in total to finish. God, I felt so much better even after the first meet, and steadily better during my time there. i just wish I hadn't waited until I was feeling so cr*p before I went.
I don't know how he did what he did, but to have someone you can trust help you with no judgement or comment made my journey so easy. If you're reading this and wondering if the results are any good, or if hypno works - the answer is YES YES YES.

I found hypnotherapy with Georgina to be a spiritual journey, from the initial free consultation to our final session (for now). Georgina is clearly passionate about what she does and her approach is inspirational. All of my sessions were out of office hours and there was no clock watching - on several occasions we ran over the allotted time without mention. Experiencing first hand the power of hypnosis when I was struggling with anxiety and depression myself. I loved the way it worked on my subconscious in a way no other therapy could. To me this was so important because I had tried CBT and it just didn't suit me - it relied on me making the changes which had I felt were impossible and which had brought me to seek help in the first place.
Hypnotherapy is really effective as an online therapy. Some people prefer to be in the comfort of their own home and not have to worry about the stress of travel and parking. I am equally happy to provide hypnotherapy services face to face or online.
