Richard Collins is a Chartered Sport and Exercise Psychologist. Richard completed his MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology at Bangor University, having started out with BSc in Psychology. Following completion, Richard started his own consultancy, Head for a Win working with sports individuals and teams, as well as organisations in a number of corporate sectors.
