The Property Presenters offer show homes, home staging and interior styling services to home owners, landlords, property developers, estate agents and for photography shoots and exhibitions. They also work for landlords and managing agents, designing and installing stylish interiors in the short-term and holiday rental market. Our services are bespoke and tailored to specific client requirements, and we can take on any project, regardless of the size. Director Leigh Davies offers a highly personalised service, is National Design Academy qualified in Interior Design and a Certified Home Staging and Styling Professional. Leigh is also an experienced interior stylist and project manager, and a former Director of Optimist Design. The Property Presenters is co-owned by Amanda Green, another highly experienced property stylist and home stager, who was trained by the famous House Doctor organisation. The Property Presenters were the winners of Best Staging Project at the Home Staging Association UK awards 2019, and are one of very few UK based members of the International Association of Home Staging Professionals. They are Founding Member of the Home Staging Association UK & Ireland, and Associates with HouseWow Services. In June 2022 the business won three awards at the HouseWow Property Services Awards, including Professional Stagers of the Year.
I love talking to clients about their aspirations for their homes, and working creatively to help them achieve the perfect space. Sourcing furniture, accessories and fabrics is an area I particularly enjoy, and then putting everything together to create a 'wow' for the client. It's great when a client says 'I'd never have found that table/lamp/cushion/rug myself, but I love it'. It's all about giving someone a home they want to be in and show off to friends and family, which they wouldn't be able to create on their own.
Having always had a passion for property and interiors, this was a natural choice for me, although my earlier working life was in the travel and exhibition industries, with a bit of college lecturing in the middle.
Starting my own business was the best move I ever made. I have a very strong work ethic, and Optimist Design is based around that, operating a I want it to, with my clients at the very centre of everything I do.
I am often asked "What's your style?" which I always feel is an odd question. As an interior designer, I don't feel that my role is to impose my style on a client, it is to help to interpret their style, and produce a space which enhances the way they live and in which they feel happy and comfortable.
I aim to achieve this by getting to know my clients well, understanding clearly their likes and dislikes, how they live and how they want their home to feel (as well as how they want it to look). It is a very friendly and personal service, which my clients often tell me they really enjoy.
My client relationships tend to be long-term, with repeat business occurring often.

These guys are truly super! They are extremely well organised and their work is beautiful. Tracy and her team work very quickly and our house was staged in just a few hours. It was sold in 10 days by one very excited estate agent!! Highly recommended.

We hired Ceri and the team to revamp and redesign our front room. We had gorgeous shelving built by Jon, which helped us utilise the space perfectly. Ceri was so consultative and really helped bring my vision to life - with the right amount of advice and practical suggestions. We are now looking at more rooms to update and refresh - can't do it quick enough! Thanks Ceri!
