Being a business manager in a domiciliary care and staffing agency company can be both challenging and rewarding. It entails supervising the company's day-to-day operations, managing staff and client relationships, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, supervising the provision of high-quality services to clients, and ensuring the company's profitability and sustainability. What I enjoy most about my job is the dedication and hard work that comes with the roles, as well as the overall passion for providing high-quality services to my clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Several factors influenced my decision to start this business, which are listed below:

1. Personal experience: I was inspired to start a business that provides high-quality care services to others after having personal experience caring for a loved one who needed home care services, combined with my positive experience working in the healthcare industry for more than twelve years and counting.

2. Career objectives: I saw an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of others while also achieving their professional objectives, which led to the formation of this company.

3. A deep desire to help others: I have a strong desire to help others and felt called to start a business that will allow me to ma
ke a positive difference in people's lives by not only providing quality care services but also creating job opportunities for others.

1. Provision of personal protective equipment (PPE): To help prevent the spread of Covid-19, Immerse Care provides PPE to all staff, including gloves, masks, and gowns.

2. Inspect employees for Covid-19 symptoms: We inspect employees for Covid-19 symptoms before they enter a customer's home. Staff who exhibit symptoms will be denied entry and advised to seek medical assistance.

3. Infection control training: At Immerse Care, we train employees on proper infection control practises such as hand hygiene, the use of PPE, and proper cleaning and disinfection procedures.

4. Limit the number of staff who enter a client's home: At Immerse Care, we limit the number of staff who enter a client's home to only those who are required to provide care, which has helped to reduce the risk of Covid-19 exposure.

5. Encourage social distance: We encourage clients and employees to maintain social distance whenever possible, which includes avoiding close contact and wearing masks when necessary.
