The team the manager has worked with include, nurses, doctors, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, mental capacity assessors as well as carers and family members.

Saintly Care Limited began out of the desire to give back to this community, just
as many people and communities have done so for the Directors and founding

Saintly Care Limited will ensure that policies and procedures are updated and shared with staff as soon as new advice is received or regulatory guidance is changed.

Furthermore, Saintly Care Limited will continue to monitor, through audits, that the new and existing guidance are being adhered to. Our care management system will ensure that all policies and audits are accessible to all staff, service users, families and remain operational.

To further ensure that the services Saintly Care Limited provide is safe, only trained, inducted and competent members of staff will be allowed to support the service users and all staff will be DBS checked prior to starting employment. The appropriate references and training in line with the company's policy will be undertaken.

Working with families, friends and other professionals will be our priority making our service users get the best care they need. A complaints procedure will be explained to all staff and available to service users/families.
