What do you love most about your job?

Caring for others is the least a human being can do. Knowing that someone smiles or hopes thanks to you warms the heart. Seeing people in their most vulnerable state and giving them hope, love, comfort, a hand to hold or a shoulder to cry on is an incredible feeling. You feel like you have found your purpose on earth and accomplished your mission.
Moreover, in my culture, caring for older people is fortunate because we strongly believe that older people are sources of wisdom for those who listen to them.
Although caring for vulnerable people can sometimes be difficult, it is something that our carers actively enjoy and will go extra miles to ensure clients' satisfaction.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always be a carer as I grown up supporting my mother who was constantly unwell (Check a picture of us on my website). When she passed away in 2011, I decided to dedicate my time to other vulnerable people because it is what I know best, I believe that I understand and can meet their needs better.

Why should our clients choose you?

apart from my 8 years experience in adult care, I have recently graduated with a master’s degree in Health and Social Care Management and Policy (MSc). I also have a degree in Community Development and Leadership (BSc (Hons)) and currently undertaking level 5 in Management and Leadership for Adult Care, Domiciliary Pathway. In addition, I recently completed trainings in Mandatory Skills for Care, Understanding the CQC and KLOES, Safeguarding AND Protection of Vulnerable Adults/Mental Capacity and DOLS and Mental Health Aware. So, when it comes to adult care work, management, and leadership, I am always at the top of the game.
These qualifications have enabled me to gain a good understanding of managing people in health and social care settings; the effects of poor management and the meaning of efficiency and effectiveness.

Moreover, we have affordable fees involved in caring for people using our services.
We are certain without a doubt that with our fully vetted DBS employees and the quality of our services, we attract clients that are highly satisfied with us.
Our staff have a range of specialist training. For example, Dementia, End-of-life care, Multiple sclerosis, Stroke awareness, Diabetic awareness and many more.
Our staff are recruited from diverse background to meet the cultural, religious, gender, and language needs

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Unfortunately no, because we provide domiciliary care which means supporting people in their own home. However, advice and instructions can be given to clients or next of kind remotely once we have have assessed the risks and the needs of our clients and have a care plan and risk management plan in place.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

we provide PPE, Lateral flow tests, encourage vaccine, arrange private transport, review risk assessment plan, and have business continuity plan
