Care home vs live-in care: everything you need to know
We offer a variety of care services to seniors and adults with both physical and mild learning disabilities. Our services are customised to every individual through a Personal Care Plan and are provided by highly-trained CareGivers who are the best in the business. Our Clients receive the full time that they pay for, as we travel in our own time. Visits are never rushed – our preferred visit time is a minimum of one hour. CareGivers are carefully matched and, if time allows, introduced before they begin delivering care. We have a professional dress code but do not wear a uniform, as we recognise that some of our Clients would prefer a discreet service when we accompany them out and about in the local community. We are quick to react, vigilant in our duty of care and always aim to raise a smile.
Making a difference every day to the lives of our clients.
Our goal here at Right at Home Eastbourne and Bexhill is to make sure that every adult in our community has the option to receive the highest quality of care possible and to receive that care in the comfort of their own home. The way we make sure this happens is by only recruiting the very best carers, training them to the highest standards and then placing each client at the centre of everything we do.
We know that the service we deliver is one we would be happy for our own loved ones to receive – a service that can bring joy as well as peace of mind.

My dad was bed bound. Sadly he passed away recently. The care provided by Magda was second to non. Magda is amazing, she kept a smile in his face and her attention to detail including his medical needs could not have been better. Thank you Magda

Helpful Hands have been outstanding, we contacted them for help for our elderly neighbour, Terry explained all the services and delivered on everything he promised, Tim has the same 2 carers (who are just lovely) Tim’s well-being has improved no end, would highly recommend Helpful Hands to anyone looking for extra support at home xx
