I have suffered with anxiety for years and tried many therapies to try to help myself. I had chakra balancing and a course of reiki with Monika and the results have been truly amazing. I now wake feeling no anxiety and feel much more in control of my life. I have joined in community activities including creative writing and bowling which I am loving. Previously unable to relax I feel more able now to balance my life in my retirement.
