When I was learning guitar, I was lucky enough to have been taught by some outstanding teachers and I think that fun and interesting teaching is fundamental in helping every musician to realise their talent and potential. I grew up in a very musical household and have participated in music/music making from a very young age. I began guitar tuition at the age of 8, with an emphasis on classical guitar playing, and took up electric guitar a few years later.

I'm an experienced guitar teacher based near Victoria Park, Bedminster and enjoy teaching students of all ages and sharing my passion for this wonderful instrument. I tailor lessons for my students depending on age, goals, musical preferences and current ability. I believe a holistic approach to learning guitar is important as it fosters a musicianship that can then be applied to other instruments, singing and collaborations with other musicians.
