To do a job they were more than qualified for as a fill in job, and still took the time and care. The shed looks exactly as bought in the pictures despite it was bought from wickes. It was a slightly awkward job because the shape and slope of the garden but made it simple. The price for the whole lot was reasonable. They built a sturdy base that is expected to last 10years. They did the best they could with materials available and did a professional job. They were able to work unaided. They also completed the job ahead of time. Great communication. To ensure we are Covid-19 safe we call all our customers before any visits to the property to ensure everyone in the household does not have Covid-19 symptoms and not self isolating. Meetings to discuss customers needs are done outside and a safe distance is always maintained. A quote detailing the work is sent via email and any further question or queries are answered by email or phone call. If the customer is happy to go ahead with the work, a telephone call yo the customer the night before is made to check again that no one in household has Covid-19 symptoms or are self isolating.
If the customer has symptoms or is self isolating, the work would be rearranged for when it is safe to complete.
The work that is completed is always outside and a safe distance is always maintained when coning into contact with the customer.
We ask for bank transfer for payment on completion of the work, to save handling cash. Cash payments can be made by prior arrangements.
