Hi! My name is Zofshan and I am a private tutor located in Aylesbury. The primary subject I teach is English (ranging from primary up to GCSE level) as well as 11+ tuition. I have extensive experience of working as a teaching assistant at various schools, with children of varied and particular needs (including Special needs children), both on a group and 1-1 basis. My teaching approach is very much tailored to the individual needs of each student. The particular methodologies I apply in my tutoring sessions vary depending on the particular needs of each student, and where they are in their studies. This would be discussed in further detail with the student and their parents during the first session we have together.
Teaching has always been a passion of mine and English in particular has always been a subject that I connect to very naturally.
I love making a difference in my students lives by not only enabling them to achieve excellent grades, but also instilling in them a natural love and appreciation for learning.
Being able to make a positive difference to their educational journeys, is by far the best part of teaching.
Though teaching has always been a passion of mine, I have come to discover that the public school system is not my preferred setting. I find that private tuition allows me the freedom to work on my own terms and I feel that I can benefit students more when I am able to work with them in a 1-1 tailored setting.
I am passionate about teaching and am dedicated to the success of my students. I also offer comparatively reasonable rates for my teaching services.
At present I do not provide online services. My preferred method of teaching is to travel to the tutees home, as I find this is convenient and most comfortable for my students.
