What do you love most about your job?

What I love most about my job is two things……

1) Meeting new and different people everyday, who all have a completely different life to the last client and getting to know them and their stories is fascinating.

2) Taking something old & messy and turning it into something new, neat and something to be proud of.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business due to seeing how things were “traditionally” done and knowing I could do them ten times better.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

We have implemented a few things….

1) Me and the two other gentlemen that work along side me take lateral flow tests before we start our working day.

2) Before and after we enter a clients home we always sanitise our hands.

3) We always have our masks on when in a clients home, unless we’re working outside.

We’re more than happy to carry out any other measurements that make clients more comfortable, these are just our basic three procedures.

This is the second time I got help from James. I got help to assemble some furniture, fix a fauly door lock and rectify an issue with another door. He went the extra mile and even went out to get the perfect door lock for me. As usual he did an excellent job for a super reasonable price. He is one of the most skilful people I have ever seen in my life. There should be 10 stars on Bark to give to someone like James.
