I have just started my own dog walking business after over 30 years working in Business. I offer a quality service where I tend not to walk more than 2 dogs at a time in order to ensure that the dogs are always kept safe, under control and that everybody around feels comfortable and secure. I am based in North Leeds but happy to travel reasonable distances to walk my clients' dogs and if they prefer them to be walked alone, then I will do my best to accommodate their needs, If at all possible, I am very happy to walk dogs from 1 to 5 days a week and can make sure they are fed and watered as appropriate when returned home. I will also make sure they are towel dried after every walk but would ask clients to provide towels for convenience. Before we get into walking, I prefer, if possible, a face to face meeting with a new client to discuss their dog's needs so I can make sure I tailor the service to each particular client and their dog. Although my Business is just underway, I have been walking dogs for years of all different shapes and sizes; my partner and I currently have a lovely Border Terrier who needs plenty of exercise herself! I am fully insured with Public Liability Insurance , and am semi-retired after working for many years primarily in Financial Services . I am working as a sole trader and intend to keep the Business just to me, in order to maintain close control and quality of service.
