Hope and success Online Therapy & Counselling

Hope and success Online Therapy & Counselling

Hope and success Online Therapy & Counselling is verified Certificate of Excellence 2019

Hi and welcome to my profile. You are likely to be looking for help for something in life which is bothering you and that is why you have reached my profile. If that is the case, Well done!!! It is often hard for a lot of us to be motivated enough to reach out for help, but it is a important and vital part of getting helped. So you have taken the first step in the right direction! I would be glad to hear from you to see if I can help you. "What to expect in your first session" I have a flexible approach to our sessions, I offer brief intervention work for short term problems which may be a reaction to a life event. Longer term therapy for difficulties you may have been experiencing over a long period of time. Our sessions will last for 50 minutes. "How my approach can help you" I am not stuck down to a specific method of therapy, rather I make use of a potpourri of skills and training which I have studied and trained in over the years, and base my choice of methods used in each case upon my experience and the particular case at hand. You are unique and so deserve a unique approach too. I enjoy being creative at my work. At the same time I believe the relationship you will build with me is at least as important as the theory that underlies the work. "Skype Therapy" I offer therapy through Skype. Attending therapy online can offer a lot of benefits. Some clients are shy to go to the office of the therapist and are more comfortable online without being physically present at the therapist's office. You may also have time constraints or geographical limits (kids at home or work hours) and so online therapy can enable you to still receive the help you want so much. You can also choose the location where you want to be for the session, enabling you to stay at home or free to choose a convenient secure place I try to be as flexible as possible with suiting my times to my clients. That is possible due to the sessions taking place online and not in my office. The prices for therapy over Skype are also usually cheaper due to lower costs for the therapist. I realise that some people might still be wary of therapy over skype and therefore I offer a first session for free, with no obligation to continue. Looking forward to hearing from you and feel free to send me a message with anything you would like to discuss. I am happy to offer a free initial session for us to get a feel of each other and to discuss a treatment plan.

I also offer telephone counselling and counselling via SKYPE. Throughout our lives we experience difficulties that we may find hard to deal with. Knowing that you are not on your own and talking through your emotions can be helpful. I offer a supportive and empathic approach to create a confidential, respectful and safe environment for my clients to explore areas of their life that may be preventing them from moving forward and getting the best out of life. Deciding to see a counsellor can be a difficult decision, but there is nothing to lose by coming to counselling and potentially everything to gain. I offer a free consultation over the phone or face to face which enables you to decide if I am the right counsellor for you. I offer both short term counselling (around 6 sessions) and longer term counselling. During our first session we can look at what you feel is right for you and this can be reviewed throughout our work together to ensure that the therapy is working for you. I have experience of working with a wide range of issues such as anxiety, abuse, addictions, adoption issues, anger management, bereavement, cancer, depression, divorce, health related issues, identity, loss, personal development, redundancy, relationships, self-esteem, self-harm, sexual identity, sexuality, stress. BIOGRAPHY I have been called many names, by many people – although it will surely pique your curiosity as to why at the top of that list are names such as Agent For Change, Urban Dalai Lama, Warrior For Peace and Mind-Waker. In the last 21 years on the road, I have worked with schools, police forces, military, and a host of communities and corporate organizations through his live training performances and across his active online networks – helping millions of people around the world to achieve personal peace and triumph in their lifetime. Don't be alarmed!!! My LEGAL name is The Scary Guy – I changed my name twenty-one years ago – I have dedicated my life to teaching others how to achieve powerful, solution-based theories and concepts on human behaviour and communication; a code that I have personally developed, in what I have experienced as an absence of any clearly defined active solution from society. It is a code that I have test driven for the last 21 years and still live by today. "In his own words, with his face, hands, and neck fully tattooed, Scary says; Look at me! If what I teach did not work as a solution, I would not be here today. With the amount of negativity that I receive and would have reacted to, I would either be in prison or dead." The structures and thought processes that I present, directly address the socially negative and damaging behaviors that we frequently experience within human communication, which I define as being based on the flow of words and actions as negative energy. We are living in a time when suicide, self-harming, anger, frustration, and stress are reported at an ALL-TIME HIGH across the world’s media, and for many has become an uncomfortably common occurrence within our own communities. Whilst suicide is one of the most extreme outcomes reported, it is not the only devastating risk of not educating people to acquire the skills to process the negative seen and heard from others. The impact of name-calling, harassment, intimidation, and bullying is residual. It is highly toxic and insidiously detrimental to educational achievement, emotional and physical health, success in family structure, and personal and work relationships – a negatively charged energy that festers at the heart of a person’s life. There is a multitude of programmes and messages, which raise plenty of awareness of the problems but offer few real solutions for what to actually do in the moment … in the heat of the battle. "The success of Scary’s work is based on providing a highly accurate, cognitive framework for all people to use in that very second that they are faced with trouble. Scary has defined the steps for exactly what to do with negative words and actions that a person has experienced from another human. He shows the individual how to become fully responsible on a cognitive level for all of his or her own words and actions. He teaches the cognitive skills that will underpin all that they do and all that they become in their life, fully able to process the negative that others may produce – yet not become it or live with it, as a victim of it, in any way." The Scary Guy teaches people the steps for the creation of A Powerful Mind! “The Scary Guy is first and foremost about showing your true colors and appreciating those of others.” – Phoenix New Times

Hi I'm Jayne a counsellor and hypnotherapist. I work both with young people and adults. I work with children & young people in local schools and also within my private practice. My work with young people has included, anxiety, anger, self harm, bereavement, confidence, exam stress, bullying, family separation and family support, low mood and negative thought patterns. My work with adults through counselling and hypnotherapy includes stress, anxiety, loss & bereavement, couples counselling, relationships, confidence and motivation, depression, low mood, negative thought patterns, regression, phobias, body confidence & weight loss, give up smoking. I am intuitive in my work and connect with each and everyone I work with on different levels. We all at some point in our lives face challenges, whether big or small, we sometimes need that extra support through counselling to help heal, understand and move forward feeling free, positive and confident to achieve all you dreamed of. When I first got in contact with Jayne I felt as if my life was falling apart, I couldn’t control my thoughts, I was always thinking about the negatives and found it hard to focus on the positives about life. Jayne is a really calming person who has helped me turn my life around. I can’t believe how much better I feel after just four sessions with Jayne, her work is really powerful and I can’t thank her enough for helping me let go and release any of my uncontrollable negative thoughts and feelings. I feel like a new person, I can control my thoughts now and hardly ever think negative, I wouldn’t be the way I am now or feel as happy as I do if it wasn’t for Jayne helping me. " SWA Liverpool "I have had hypnotherapy before I went to Jayne. However Jayne's approach was more than an hour of hypnotherapy. She took time to get to know me and as a result the sessions were amazing. I never felt rushed or pressured into booking more sessions. I would have no hesitation recommending Jayne and two of my friends have had therapy from Jayne and like me they have also recommended her to others. If you are considering therapy from Jayne, go for it with total confidence that she will be amazing." JB Liverpool

Through a positive and non-judgmental manner, my aim is to support you to understand your thoughts and emotions, and to help you rediscover or develop the ways or tools you need to be able to deal with the difficulties or challenges you face.  I believe that it is important to find the right therapist for you as this can make a substantial difference to the outcome of therapy. Everybody faces vulnerability, difficulties or the need to confront change at some time in their lives. This can be a recent life event or an accumulation of feelings and problems. Counselling gives you the opportunity to talk about your thoughts and feelings and in doing so find solutions to problems or dilemmas you feel comfortable with. Many people find that just having the chance to speak freely with somebody who is not personally involved and isn't going to make judgements or give opinions is very helpful. Working together with a trained counsellor allows you to look at your life in ways you may not have considered before and to gain insight and understanding. Exploring the assumptions you have about yourself and about life may reveal how they are holding you back and lead you to reassess or challenge those assumptions.

Go Counselling

Go Counselling

I can help you navigate your way through these feelings to a place where you have more clarity and choice about what you think, feel, and do. Together we will work to identify both the aspects of your life that are working for you, as well as the aspects that may benefit from deeper understanding and awareness. I believe that with a sensitive and non-judgmental Counsellor, you will gain the ability to explore the parts of yourself that will bring about the changes you desire and much, much, more. Telephone Counselling There are times when it's not possible to access Counselling when you need it most. So I did the first year of a degree in Psychology, I also studied Life Coaching / Counselling courses Level 4/5, and believe in a balance between "textbook" knowledge and life experience, that you cannot really understand mental health, or real emotional trauma unless you have experienced it, or properly help anyone without studying in a formal way. First of all, you have to decide if you want to change, are you prepared to put in the work and effort to have the life you dream of having: will you do what is truly necessary to attain your goals? If the answer is yes, I can help you along your chosen path with the following: Saving time and saving money Love - finding the ideal partner Career - finding a more purposeful life at work Emotional Pain and Trauma Depression - Stress - Anxiety Happiness - Finding a more fulfilling life Teaching new positive behaviours and habits, and ridding you of the old, toxic behaviours/habits which hold you back I can teach relaxation and meditation techniques I am a very spiritual person - I am in connection with the universe - I can show you how to get back what you put out to the universe, I offer spiritual life coaching and I can help you to connect with your real purpose in life - how to be the best version of you, you can be. The first decision you need to make is - do I want to change? If this sounds like the thing for you, I can assess my client's needs, I will create the best programme for your needs, and will offer a plan of care tailored to your individual requirements. If you're under the care of a medical practitioner of any kind, please discuss your needs and ideas with them. Contact me if this sounds right for you - contact me for a *free thirty-minute first consultation* over the phone to see if the service is what you're looking for, then I do face to face, Skype, telephone, a neutral environment such as a coffee shop, and home visits. We are a very young couple who have been together for 5 years in November. There has been infidelity from both parties and we decided time apart was best. We ended up back together but our relationship suffers from insecurities, bad communication, and trust issues. It seems for every argument/discussion the past seems to always come up. We don't want to give up on each other and have come up with things ourselves that we need to work on but at this point we feel we are to close to our project and would definitely like and outsiders prospective with hope to change our relationship for the good
