Becca is a warm, gentle, totally approachable and immensely gifted woman. Our paths crossed last year and through her guidance, listening and reiki sessions she has helped me remember 'me' and has given me tools on how to focus on my important stuff and not stress about the rest. I can not recommend her highly enough and I whole heartedly believe that everyone needs a bit of 'Becca' in their lives. X

I am currently working online via video calls or telephone, alternatively I am offering 'Walk and Talk' counselling where we can meet face to face, engage with nature and your emotions. I hope to return to working face to face at 'The Flamingo Centre' once covid restrictions ease. At times we can find it hard to express how we feel, or even locate what emotions we are feeling. If you want to be able to come to a place where you can feel able to express yourself, be honest and feel a better sense of well-being, coming to counselling could be the place to start

I love giving people the time and space to be themselves and relax.
Also the space to have some peace .
when people open up and take down the ancient walls around them which may have served a purpose at the time but now hold them back and stuck not allowing them to change and move forward.
seeing them light up and see those obstacles fade away is a powerful wonderful thing ,moment to share.
I work on an eating disorder ward and the patients said they felt safe to talk to me and said I should set up my own business, also I teach mindfulness classes at the Buddhist centre and students who come to my class said I should set up my own counselling business ,being dyslexic I put it off for ages as computers wern,t my thing .
Because I believe I can offer them a different kind of space which comes from 20 years of living at a meditation centre ,studying the mind, living with other meditators ,guiding and engaging in mindfulness retreats.
Also I see everyday as my practice of mindfulness it is a way of life ,it is in our breath, our pain, our joy ,when we eat, sleep, love, kiss,it is in everything we do or everything we are.
Also im light, joyful, yet insightful spontaneous and committed to allowing each individuals process of change.
