What do you love most about your job?

I love providing 1st class customer service to customers seeing my customers satisfied and delivering a thorough and meticulous service on the computers being managed. Fixing a range of problems that prove to be a challenge and resolving those challenges is success to me. Providing after support to customers and resolving further problems after the initial work performed. Making friendships with customers and creating a good profile about myself. Learning new problems with computers and how to resolve them, acquiring new knowledge.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Great pride in what I do and making positive relationships with customers. I get to fix a very wide range of problems and solve queries for customers that I would not while working as a technical support helpline operative. Going over to the customer site and working first hand with the equipment I can intuitively repair problems and perform tasks easier than directing the customer how to resolve their own problems over the telephone.

I am patient with my customers and am happy to provide advice and information to customers freely as IT is my passion and I like to maintain friendly relationships with old and new customers. I deliver a thorough service for computer support and I take the best approach towards fixing problems that cause the least loss of computer data. I am highly organised, I'm locally based and I'll go out of my way to deliver a convenient service for the customer. I don't charge call out fees, I don't charge a fee if I haven't resolved the problem. I'll reduce my prices depending on the price of the hardware I'm dealing with and the customer's financial status. I'm conscientious and a great communicator. I'm certified and have learned a high range of technical skills through my own time with research and experimentation.
