I also enjoy the flexibility, autonomy, creativity and sense of my hard work being rewarded appropriately when running a successful business.
I have two life ambitions, one was to run a business for myself, this is what I am trying to do now via Complete Cleaning; As the old idiom says "The hardest thing is getting started", this was definatly the case with me. The hours are long and the work hard but it would be very difficult to make me go back working for someone else now as an employee.
