VisionHeart

BIOGRAPHY I have been called many names, by many people – although it will surely pique your curiosity as to why at the top of that list are names such as Agent For Change, Urban Dalai Lama, Warrior For Peace and Mind-Waker. In the last 21 years on the road, I have worked with schools, police forces, military, and a host of communities and corporate organizations through his live training performances and across his active online networks – helping millions of people around the world to achieve personal peace and triumph in their lifetime. Don't be alarmed!!! My LEGAL name is The Scary Guy – I changed my name twenty-one years ago – I have dedicated my life to teaching others how to achieve powerful, solution-based theories and concepts on human behaviour and communication; a code that I have personally developed, in what I have experienced as an absence of any clearly defined active solution from society. It is a code that I have test driven for the last 21 years and still live by today. "In his own words, with his face, hands, and neck fully tattooed, Scary says; Look at me! If what I teach did not work as a solution, I would not be here today. With the amount of negativity that I receive and would have reacted to, I would either be in prison or dead." The structures and thought processes that I present, directly address the socially negative and damaging behaviors that we frequently experience within human communication, which I define as being based on the flow of words and actions as negative energy. We are living in a time when suicide, self-harming, anger, frustration, and stress are reported at an ALL-TIME HIGH across the world’s media, and for many has become an uncomfortably common occurrence within our own communities. Whilst suicide is one of the most extreme outcomes reported, it is not the only devastating risk of not educating people to acquire the skills to process the negative seen and heard from others. The impact of name-calling, harassment, intimidation, and bullying is residual. It is highly toxic and insidiously detrimental to educational achievement, emotional and physical health, success in family structure, and personal and work relationships – a negatively charged energy that festers at the heart of a person’s life. There is a multitude of programmes and messages, which raise plenty of awareness of the problems but offer few real solutions for what to actually do in the moment … in the heat of the battle. "The success of Scary’s work is based on providing a highly accurate, cognitive framework for all people to use in that very second that they are faced with trouble. Scary has defined the steps for exactly what to do with negative words and actions that a person has experienced from another human. He shows the individual how to become fully responsible on a cognitive level for all of his or her own words and actions. He teaches the cognitive skills that will underpin all that they do and all that they become in their life, fully able to process the negative that others may produce – yet not become it or live with it, as a victim of it, in any way." The Scary Guy teaches people the steps for the creation of A Powerful Mind! “The Scary Guy is first and foremost about showing your true colors and appreciating those of others.” – Phoenix New Times

Jayne Sinclair Therapies

Jayne Sinclair Therapies

Jayne Sinclair Therapies is verified Certificate of Excellence 2019

Hi I'm Jayne a counsellor and hypnotherapist. I work both with young people and adults. I work with children & young people in local schools and also within my private practice. My work with young people has included, anxiety, anger, self harm, bereavement, confidence, exam stress, bullying, family separation and family support, low mood and negative thought patterns. My work with adults through counselling and hypnotherapy includes stress, anxiety, loss & bereavement, couples counselling, relationships, confidence and motivation, depression, low mood, negative thought patterns, regression, phobias, body confidence & weight loss, give up smoking. I am intuitive in my work and connect with each and everyone I work with on different levels. We all at some point in our lives face challenges, whether big or small, we sometimes need that extra support through counselling to help heal, understand and move forward feeling free, positive and confident to achieve all you dreamed of. When I first got in contact with Jayne I felt as if my life was falling apart, I couldn’t control my thoughts, I was always thinking about the negatives and found it hard to focus on the positives about life. Jayne is a really calming person who has helped me turn my life around. I can’t believe how much better I feel after just four sessions with Jayne, her work is really powerful and I can’t thank her enough for helping me let go and release any of my uncontrollable negative thoughts and feelings. I feel like a new person, I can control my thoughts now and hardly ever think negative, I wouldn’t be the way I am now or feel as happy as I do if it wasn’t for Jayne helping me. " SWA Liverpool "I have had hypnotherapy before I went to Jayne. However Jayne's approach was more than an hour of hypnotherapy. She took time to get to know me and as a result the sessions were amazing. I never felt rushed or pressured into booking more sessions. I would have no hesitation recommending Jayne and two of my friends have had therapy from Jayne and like me they have also recommended her to others. If you are considering therapy from Jayne, go for it with total confidence that she will be amazing." JB Liverpool

FastFoward Anxiety Reframing Therapy

FastForward Anxiety Reframing Therapy, (ART), is a result of our life's work. Healing is our purpose and our passion! In over 20 years of study and practice we have now developed our own, unique programme that addresses every facet of the anxiety spectrum. Some people are spending months and even years in therapy for anxiety based issues and depression. We believe these 'time frames' can be excessively prolonged, and often unnecessary. For those of you suffering with: Stress, Social Phobias, Panic Disorders-(Panic Attacks), Generalized Anxiety Disorder (GAD,) Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD,) Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Agorophobia , Claustrophobia and Depression. Look no further because we have a fascinating & dramatic recovery programme; (ART). We both have: BA Hons degrees in Psychology, Social Science & Pedagogy, and have also undertaken further studies leading to qualifications in the following: Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), NLP Life Coaching, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) Person-centred Counselling, Crisis Counselling, and Hypnotherapy. Mark privately, offers, Life Coaching support for both; business and personal progression. We are honoured to have studied with and had the opportunity of modelling some of the best, modern, cutting edge, holistic therapies and therapists . We also draw on the best of traditional therapy when evaluating client issues. We then apply a series of 'therapeutic tools' to help process and then neutralize the issue. Each session is unique and designed to bring a fast resolution to the issue or issues. The first session is completely free, with the purpose of both; gathering information - and for you to feel confident in us and in us and our suggested therapy. Unless a client expresses a particular preference for a male, or female therapist, we deliver therapy sessions as a couple, (at no extra cost). This gives us a unique in-depth & insightful evaluation. This dual integrative approach leads to a more, well-rounded and holistic outcome. We are more than just listening therapists and use our training and skills to neutralize the issues at source. We look forward to working with you Mark and Jo

Home / My approach My approach depends on you just as much as it does on me; flexibility is at the core of my practice. It’s based on: Hearing your story. Helping you change your story. You change the story of others. I offer the following therapeutic modalities: Counselling/ CBT The first stage is understanding you. I will listen carefully to what you have to say, only then will I describe what I feel your experience is, to clarify I have understood you correctly. I normally don’t give my opinions in therapy. Instead I will attempt to ask you the right questions in order to help with an expansion of your awareness. We will then explore different options for various solutions. When you’re ready, you can make a commitment to exploring and following through these options. I encourage expression of emotion. Particularly tearful ones as feeling through emotion and integrating are healing. I don’t generally dissociate or desensitise emotional states unless specifically requested e.g. phobia removal. I will facilitate allowing you to have an emotional healing experience. I won’t tell you things shouldn’t have happened the way they did. Psychoanalysis & NLP (Neurolinguistic programming) Psychoanalysis is mainly about you being your own psychoanalyst, often beliefs are only true and worthwhile if you believe it to be. The cardinal sin of a therapist is projection. It can be too easy just to swap your projection for mine; instead I am looking to transition from seeking to understand to illuminating with love experiences once they have been heard and fully understood. Through discussion we will delve deeper into your belief patterns, perhaps explore past experiences; this can often involve experiences when very young; reflection and introspection is a useful tool in understanding some of the reasons why we may think the way we do. The objective is always to bring awareness, so essentially we are no longer a slave to our past but a master to our future. This allows us to consciously change our story. NLP is a useful tool once we have identified the state or programme of thinking we wish to change, we can overwrite programs based on fear with those based on love. We have a plethora of different emotions but ultimately they are all polarisations of fear or love. Psychoanalysis can help us find out exactly where we need more love and NLP has useful tools to allow us to bring that to be. Even obscure phobias are cured by bringing love and peace into a fearful imagination. These techniques are sometimes used in combination with a light trance state. Imagining something is one of them. I also use eye movements tool which is sometimes called EMDR. This works with the optic nerve connection to neurological processes basically allowing us to stir things up or move things about that have been stuck for years. Hypnotherapy Hypnotherapy is used to gain access to the depths of your subconscious mind. After induction, the first stage, which typically lasts 20 minutes, will be a peaceful calm state were your mind is extremely focused, yet extremely relaxed open and able to respond, recall experiences, process emotions in a way that is not always easily accessible in conscious state. I generally use this to shift strong emotional states around habit changes, anxieties, panic attacks. PTSD are common problems which respond well to hypnotherapy. I will create a specific therapeutic experience based on your life experience and tailored to you. I have developed a specific technique to enable deeper trance induction over Skype. You will however require a room where you are unlikely to be disturbed, and sit or lie comfortably. If you are disturbed however there is no need to worry as it’s just like being woken from a deep sleep. Incredibly it’s quite easy to simply settle down again and pick up where you left off. Often hypnotherapy work will trigger an intense emotional experience. This can be modulated yet is often exactly what we want, as it allows us to process a deeply held emotion. Hypnosis can be extremely effective in helping us uncover emotions that are normally hidden or difficult to access and because the most tricky behaviour to change is that which is derived from emotional states. Hypnotherapy is invaluable in facilitating a strong emotional experience which we can then work through with further counselling or other therapies. Rarely would I use hypnotherapy by itself. It is generally best supported with other therapeutic practices. Particularly if a long-lasting result is desired. “Stage hypnosis” is completely different and not something I do or have an interest in, it seems useful in showing people just how much influence the mind can have on the body. But for long-term change I generally consciously integrate what hypnotherapy brings from the subconscious.

Jacqueline Stokes Accredited Advanced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor About me: I am an Accredited Advanced Psychotherapeutic Counsellor with the National Counselling Society and member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (MBACP). I conduct my counselling practice within the BACP ‘Ethical Framework for Counsellors’, and also the BACP Guidelines for Counselling and Psychotherapy. I attend monthly independent Clinical Supervision and attend regular Continued Professional Development. Information relating to these documents can be found at www.bacp.co.uk . I work in private practice offering face-to-face counselling. I have worked with clients across all ages, from 7yrs upwards and beyond retirement. I have the fullest commitment to offering a service which is welcoming to all backgrounds in a supportive and above all, a non-discriminatory manner. What to expect from Counselling? Therapy is a team effort and whilst I have an aspiration to be successful, l am caring and have a genuine commitment to making a real and lasting difference whatever the outcomes in people’s lives. From a nursing background, for me personally compassion is a deep awareness of the suffering of another coupled with the wish to relieve it. … people seldom verbalise their emotional concerns outright and when they do, our humanistic response should be one that builds their trust. Counselling experience has taught me, nobody pays attention to you when you feel lonely and most vulnerable, which can make you self-conscious and cause you to act in unusual ways. It is vital to understand the problem and break it down into manageable pieces, listen to individual experiences and work with them to find coproduced solutions and support. As an integrative practitioner. I work from a person centred base, although additional training allows for me to draw on different tools and models depending on your needs. This allows for clients to reflect on what is happening to them and by making their own choices, consider alternative ways of doing things. I use psychological theory and research in therapeutic work to help clients with a variety of problems. These problems can include difficult life issues and mental health conditions.

Light Your Way to Freedom

Light Your Way to Freedom

I have experienced a number of issues, including: Abandonment at birth Transracial Adoption Drug Addiction Domestic Violence Death of my sibling I have been in the pits of depression and darkness, but I made a decision: that I could continue on this path or change my life. So I did the first year of a degree in Psychology, I also studied Life Coaching / Counselling courses Level 4/5, and believe in a balance between "textbook" knowledge and life experience, that you cannot really understand mental health, or real emotional trauma unless you have experienced it, or properly help anyone without studying in a formal way. First of all, you have to decide if you want to change, are you prepared to put in the work and effort to have the life you dream of having: will you do what is truly necessary to attain your goals? If the answer is yes, I can help you along your chosen path with the following: Saving time and saving money Love - finding the ideal partner Career - finding a more purposeful life at work Emotional Pain and Trauma Depression - Stress - Anxiety Happiness - Finding a more fulfilling life Teaching new positive behaviours and habits, and ridding you of the old, toxic behaviours/habits which hold you back I can teach relaxation and meditation techniques I am a very spiritual person - I am in connection with the universe - I can show you how to get back what you put out to the universe, I offer spiritual life coaching and I can help you to connect with your real purpose in life - how to be the best version of you, you can be. The first decision you need to make is - do I want to change? If this sounds like the thing for you, I can assess my client's needs, I will create the best programme for your needs, and will offer a plan of care tailored to your individual requirements. If you're under the care of a medical practitioner of any kind, please discuss your needs and ideas with them. Contact me if this sounds right for you - contact me for a *free thirty-minute first consultation* over the phone to see if the service is what you're looking for, then I do face to face, Skype, telephone, a neutral environment such as a coffee shop, and home visits.
