As a Clinical Psychologist I have been trained in providing comprehensive psychological assessments and interventions using a range of therapeutic models. I mainly draw on CBT, or Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, as it is the most recommended treatment for common psychological problems and fits with me (practical, open, time-limited). I work with adults who have 'common psychological problems.' These mainly include anxiety disorders (panic, generalised anxiety disorder, OCD, phobia, agoraphobia), low-mood or depression, trauma and eating disorders. I see clients in London Victoria (SW1E) on a Tuesday (typically 5-8 PM) and in East Dulwich (SE22) on Fridays and Saturdays.

1-2-1 Counselling

Finding a counsellor can be quite daunting so I offer counselling for individuals or couples in a safe non-judgemental environment allowing space for you to explore your current situation. I offer the opportunity to promote positive change and to work through whatever it is be that is troubling you or causing you concern. I am accessible at three different premises across Dorset located in Wimborne, Parkstone and Poole. Most sessions are 50 minutes long and for a fee of £50 - extended sessions can be arranged.
