How long have you been in business?

My background is within domicillary care with 10+ years within the sector. I have worked for both family owned, large and also prestigious care companies in all care roles and also achieved awards such as Registered Manager of the Year and Franchise of the Year for branches that I have worked for. In saying that I have been in business for less than a year and aim to provide excellent quality care with a high calibre staff.

Do you bring your own equipment and supplies?

All staff are provided with personal protective equipment for their roles. In respect of cleaning roles, we do have our own equipment but would appreciate if you use a particular brand or cleaning product you provide these to be used to ensure consistency with your cleaning methods.

What do you love most about your job?

I love meeting new people from all walks of life and making a difference to their lives, whether that be through a clean home or the care that they recieve. I have worked within companies that do not promote the correct values in their staff and as a result poor care is usually the result of this. I have experienced poor care within my own family and it is something that I do not want anyone else to experience. As a result of these experiences it has given me the drive to ensure everyone receives the best.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was inspired to start my own business after working within the sector for 10+ years and working for various companies which included the best. I have experienced a number of concerns within previous employments where either staff are not supported to do to the right thing or directors have mistreated their office teams. I want to create an environment where all staff, whether it be management or staff out in the field are treated with respect, dignity and rewarded for their excellent work. I believe that if staff are treated correctly right from the very top, they will be supported to deliver an excellent and consistent service.

We strive to achieve the best of homecare and believe its the little things that count. We believe that those that come into your home should be the best as letting someone into your home is not a decision that should be taken lightly.

Not applicable as our services are provided within people's own homes. We can provide advice services to clients that require additional support such as dementia workshops and training.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

All staff are provided with personal protective equipment and we hold a register of vaccinations for staff. We actively encourage staff to take up their annual flu Jabs and have access to covid testing to ensure our service is run in an effective and safe manner.
