Annie, Fraser and their team are simply amazing! They provided daytime picnic hampers, drinks reception and a sharing platter bbq feast with bar for the evening for our wedding on 8th June 2019. From a gorgeous tasting at the beginning, speedy, friendly and helpful emails in the year leading up to the big day and changing the entire contents of our hampers at short notice with no issues, to providing amazing support, care and most importantly absolutely delicious food on the day! They went above and beyond our expectations on the day (which were already high!) to ensure we had as smooth and amazing day as possible; even sterilising my babies bottles! We are literally in awe and so amazingly thankful to them both! Everyone was raving about how delicious the hampers and the dinner was, couldn’t of asked for better reviews! To top it off, Annie and Fraser not only run and deliver a great service but are generally awesome people, so lovely to work with and made everything easy! I think it may be evident that we would highly recommend to anyone to snap these guys up ASAP!!

We hired Martin to cater our wedding, and everything was perfect!! The food was delicious!! All of our guests loved their meals and were stuffed by the end of the day! I had asked for everything to be dairy free and not one of the guests even noticed! The staff were amazing! We didn't have to ask for a thing, they were in control of everything and preempted every need!! I can't recommend MDFood4Thought enough!! They made our day so special and we felt like royalty!!

Our signature dish is Guinea fowl 3 ways- pan roasted breast , a farce meat bon bon , and potato cannelloni stuffed with Braised leg and confi’d. Served on a bed of caponata with basil sponge and Madeira jus inspired by northern Italian cooking.

We’re very conscious of working with people on a people to people basis. Each client is a person we hope to make happy relations with and would continue to want us to cater for them, and be part of exciting chapters of their life, be it a wedding to a birthday party, or just a catch up over a meal with friends. We also want to have a positive impact on the environment and economy and want to support good locally sourced produce which doesn’t use excess packaging or pollute the planet with un needed miles being transported just to save our pockets a few pennies.
As well as this, cooking is our thing. We like to think we make delicious food and whilst we would never claim to be the best we will always strive to be the best we possibly can.
