Pepsi seems to be back on the menu, not sure why it disappeared then reappeared. I like the roast beef with a massive Yorkie. I cannot comment in the desserts as I have not had one side the refurbishment.
We offer freshly cooked, home made punjabi dishes for your event. We offer a variety of dishes including vegetarian and vegan friendly. Recipes passed down over the generations with a real emphasis on depth of flavour, and dishes that are slightly spicier, and less sweet than the traditional high street experience. Indian food as they would cook in the Punjab. We are a small but growing company, and we are excited to share our love of punjabi food with everyone!
Our signature dish is Desi Chicken Curry - which consists of tender, marinated chicken breast pieces slow cooked in an authentic, punjabi style, thick tomato and onion sauce.
We do this by first considering the type of event being catered for to help us determine the type of food to serve. Then we would discuss the clients preferences, allergies and preferences - such as their favourite dishes. We would suggest a variety of dishes so that there is something for everyone and point out the dishes that we specialise in. Once we have created the menu we would ask for their feedback to help fine tune any dishes.
