Lovely relaxing hour spent today sitting in the sun enjoying a Coffee and walnut slice together with Victoria Sandwich filled with fresh cream..........Could not ask for anything more (PS I was actually sharing the cake I am really not that greedy!!!!) Wonderful staff and Nicky is absolutely charming and perfect spot in Hemel's jewel in the crown.

I've visited this place with my friends 10 months back while it was newly opened. For the first time of my life i saw a collection of steaks. I ordered 2 portions of CROCK STEAK just to taste, while my friends ordered WILD BOAR STEAKS. Within 15-20 mitns our order was served on VERY VERY HOT ROCK. . . it was amazing for me to see it for my first time. . . . it is funny to describe CROCK STEAK, it is bit like chicken soaked in salt water. . .lol . . . We really enjoyed our meal. In the end it costed only 2/3 of the prices compared to the restaurants in London.I thank and also wish good luck to Seattle Steakhouse for their future . .

We are a small family run business born out of lock down, we have expanded to offer a bespoke service to our clients, the Cocktail menu for the event is designed around you. Our "Ice Box" mobile cocktail bar brings something a little different, something you and your guests will remember. We can offer cocktails, Beer and Prosecco, Wine if required and soft drinks, we serve in good quality glass. We like nothing more to see people smile when they taste our cocktails for the first time. We don't have a dish but our signature Cocktail is perhaps the Chevy to the Levy, this was invented by us and tastes like grandma's apple pie in a glass!
We work with you to decide on perhaps 15 cocktails which suit your event, we offer a menu of over 70 but if there is something special that you don't see we can always accommodate. We are happy to alter names of cocktails to suit the event, perhaps a Mr & Mrs or a Truly Yours, Birthday Girl or Maggie's Margarita. So the menu is bespoke for you and your event.
Meeting people and seeing them smile when they realise we really care about making their event extra special. As people watch the Ice Box being prepared the excitement that causes. Watching people take their first sip and the expressions on their face!
Lock Down! We have always had a great circle of friends who would come to any gathering asking what today's cocktail was going to be! This grew and Gary has taken courses to hone his skills, always a people person, this suits him so well. We started with our bottled cocktail delivery service and have since taken the step to convert a horse trailer into a mobile cocktail bar, a big investment for a start up company but it starting to show growth!
We really care. We know that if we are catering for a party we want the best we can afford, we want friendly professional staff and not to pay over the odds. We certainly don't want a lovely cocktail out of a plastic cup, and so we took all this into consideration when setting up our business. We use the best quality alcohol within our price bracket, our glasses are lovely to look at as well as to drink from. When we cater for an event we treat it as if our clients were our friends and wish to give them the best possible service.
If necessary we carry out a Covid risk assessment, there is always hand sanitizer on the bar and we do ask people to maintain social distancing where possible, we can offer some table service if necessary,
