Kitch International Ltd

For over 20 years I have helped individuals and businesses change and transform! I bring my skills in business, people management and governance together with my passion for People, Purpose and Productivity, to drive change and transformation. My starting point is purpose so that what the organisation does is anchored for the long-term. I take a future-back approach to Change and Transformation envisioning what's possible before creating a business plan or strategy that leverages the opportunities and then I put feet to that strategy so it is realised. I am a disruptor who works at pace and not every organisation is ready for such a journey, but for those that are the results are well worth it! ? Why contract me as your Consultant? I bring a unique blend of skills being a qualified lawyer, a governance expert and an organisational design and development specialist. I'm curious so I don't use a cookie-cutter approach. I ensure solutions are feasible and grounded in real-life experience and I bring on a trusted colleagues where other specialisms are needed. I've advised and consulted to a diverse range of clients including numerous Governments Internationally as well as businesses in the Legal, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail and Tourism to name a few. ?What's my Super Power? My super-power is being able to see the opportunities, develop the strategy, and, put feet to that strategy. Having been a Programme Manager on many large-scale Public Sector Transformations I know what it takes to make execution a reality, including the people side of change. ? What about Coaching? Having held several senior leadership posts I understand the need for more than a great consulting process - you need a strategic partner with business insight, who thinks commercially about strategy and results. That's what I bring and as a certified coach I use a systemic team coaching approach to my work; focusing on the leader, and, their team as leaders achieve results through others!

What do you love most about your job?

As CEO of Kitch International, I can bring my skills in law, business and people management together with my passion for People, Planet and Profit, and bring value to my clients.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I always had a passion for wanting to contribute to the world and early in my career thought I could pursue that through being a lawyer. I soon realised that being a lawyer was not about making change, not even about justice! I thought about being a politician and soon realised that that wasn't the answer either. I realised after becoming a Partner in a law firm responsible for managing the practice that through businesses I could make a bigger impact. So, I did an MBA and started my own company, first in the UK and then moved it to the Caribbean!

Why should our clients choose you?

🖊 What choose me and my firm for Coaching?
As a business owner myself, I found that client's needed more than a great process - they needed help from someone with business insight, who thought commercially and about results, not just the inter-personal and behavioural aspects. Whereas 1-2-1 coaching focuses on the perspective of the individuals we combine our business, organisational development and coaching expertise to focus on the individual and the wider system, i.e. our a systemic Kitch 5-Tier Coaching © process.

We also specialise in coaching the WHOLE team using – The purpose is to leverage the team's strengths so collectively they deliver value.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

We have been working internationally for 10 years plus so we are configured to deliver services remotely and online and are skilled at it. Our tools and processes are in digital format.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Much of our work, if done in-person, is at the client's premises. We ensure that we coordinate this with the client so that the meeting adheres to social distancing. We also make extensive use of virtual conferencing, and with a lead member of our team on the ground with the client, there is often no need for the whole team to be present physically.

Regarding our coaching, this is all done via virtual conferencing and can be done via telephone or without video if a client is situated in a low bandwidth area, as is the case with some of our international clients.
