Coaching with Hazel

I'm not a company, I am an individual. My coaching style is to facilitate your thoughts, gently challenging your beliefs, perceptions and assumptions. At times I will be provocative and thus I describe myself as a thoughts facilitator and provocateur. I am accredited by the ICF at Associate level and my focus is on coaching the whole person to help them drive towards their ambitions and objectives for the life choices they are considering. I adapt to the client and work to the clients timetable and at a pace that allows them to reflect.

What do you love most about your job?

That I get to help people explore what makes them come alive and thrive, how to avoid the circumstances and situations that have them nose diving into depletion and give them insights to how to be more accepting of who they are, what they want and how to get it from the life they have been given.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Coaching really helped me be the person I am today and I wanted to be more directly involved in helping people come alive and thrive.

Why should our clients choose you?

I believe that the success of coaching depends on the connection that exists between the two humans that enter into the coaching relationship. So the only reason I would encourage a client to pick me over another coach is if the right connection exists between us. The only way to explore this is through connecting. That is why, like most coaches, I offer a free initial session to explore this connection and whether I am the right coach for the client.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I coach via Zoom mostly but could use facetime or other social media platforms if the client so desires.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I started my business during Covid so not changes were needed. I coach 100% online and this ensure that there is no risk to myself or my client.
