I initially had a session with Bex as a one-off ahead of an important meeting and subsequently decided to book a block as it was clear that I would get a huge amount from them. Bex’s approach has been a masterful combination of pragmatism, theoretical insight and emotional exploration which has helped me to understand and take ownership of my own behaviours. I gained something invaluable from every session and would definitely recommend Bex as a coach.

Sarah has been down to earth and a breathe of fresh air. In our sessions she has really helped me to see clarity and has helped me to understand my own goals.

After working with Silviu and The Aha! Moment Academy I was able to change careers without starting from scratch. And now, even after the honeymoon is over I and have some hard days at work, I never get the feeling of "I don't want to do this". I have so much awareness, so much more joy and so much to learn. The amazing part is that I was able to speak truthfully about what I want to do with my career during the interview and even if I wasn't 100% qualified the company that I now work for saw the potential in me. I know I have a long way to go but I wouldn't be here without this programme. I started working with Silviu at the point where I was close to burnout, with no idea what else I could do. One suggestion I have for everyone is - don't wait until you're burned out and have to quit your job. You'll be much calmer if you go through this coaching while in a job. I didn't so I added a bit more stress on myself. But if I managed to get through this transition, everyone can. I highly recommend his services and process. There's nothing else on the market like this.

Jaroslav mixes science with common-sense when it comes to coaching and mentoring. He’s laser focused, knowledgeable and coaches you to come to your own realisation of how fabulous you can be. He then works with you to co-create a roadmap that is realistic and unique to you. He’s particularly apt at nurturing the genius within you, to get you what you really want and on your own terms. I would highly recommend him as a mentor and coach because when I was stuck at that place where the road ahead was confusing and fuzzy at best, I needed a steady, patient hand to guide me to achieve my goals, with clarity and confidence. I feel several inches taller just by working with Jaroslav who went over and above what I thought he could deliver.

Before I had coaching with Simon I was feeling unclear on my future goals & how i would be able to fully commit to making those happen. I would have a lot of ambition but struggle to put this into action. The challenge i was facing was around a fear of failure. This is something i had not realised until working through it with Simon. I learnt that the reason i had never failed at anything was because i had never truly tried. This led to procrastination and then moving onto another loosely shaped goal. I wanted to be able to start to consistently work towards my goal of becoming a professional life coach & gain the belief that i would go travelling in 2024. Simon supported me by giving me the space to talk & explore my own thoughts, supporting me when needed & also provided that crucial challenge. Outside of the sessions he would be available to message & actively encouraged for me to check in with him throughout the process. He has a number of quality exercises which he would set at the end of some sessions which were useful in helping Simon understand me & for me to understand myself better. Throughout the journey, I learned a lot about myself, things that i never expected to learn.Simon made this happen by digging beyond the surface area and finding real reasons for my actions. Now I feel like I have a lot more clarity in my goals & crucially i feel more determined than ever to make them happen. I now commit regular time to my goals, i watch less TV & work on myself. I know this will pay dividends in the future & i know my time with Simon has pushed my development on 10X faster than i could of ever managed alone.

I approached Natasha as a small business owner who knew that I needed to make more promotional videos, but was uneasy at the thought. Though I would consider myself to be a natually relaxed and confident person, for some unkown reason I became rigid and unnatural in front of a camera. Natasha put me at ease immeditely and right from the start filled me with confidence that we would overcome my problem together. She talked me though what processes we would be using in the coming weeks, so I had a clear idea of what progression would look like. Natasha broke down each sesssion into easy to follow managagble chunks and used practical techniques and tips to help me progress. Each session built on the last. By the time we had finished I was a much more confident and eloquent speaker than I thought possible. I'm amazed at the result. I would thoroughly reccommend Natasha to anyone who is looking to improve their confidence especially around making speeches or presentations.

Roxanne does miracle work.  I came to Roxanne for help because I was about to start on a new creative project and I had always felt that in my creative work, I had never been paid fairly for the work I do. As subjective as creativity is, I had always felt that there is something bigger blocking me from receiving what I deserve.  Knowing that certain beliefs, especially around relationships can stop us from attracting the right partner, I hoped there was a way to challenge or break free from whatever deep rooted beliefs I have been holding in my body all these years about receiving money for my time and work.  (For example even if I have been paid appropriately - often something has randomly happened to prevent me from receiving the full amount.) I spoke to Roxanne and explained what I wanted to work on and from there she led me on an amazing spiritual healing, guiding and journeying with me, not only to the core of myself, but to the very core of the greater universe where suddenly I experienced an amazing and very much longed for freedom from self. A sudden incredible peace. It was there that Roxanne, gently helped me work through a lot of old, stagnant beliefs that I have from not only this life but possibly from lives before this one. Beliefs that are of no use to me anymore. Sometimes Roxanne would guide me deeper me to find the true core of the belief, sometimes she could feel what the belief was from the connection she has created as a healer. During the healing Roxanne energetically cleansed my whole body free of old musty energy and filled me with new light and stronger beliefs. It’s like being reprogrammed like a robot. Really it feels like miracle work. It was also during my hour that I finally hit the main base of where this long standing belief stood, and how - as I’m sure is the case with most peoples negative beliefs - it is not my stuff and has no use in my life. I do not need to be a slave for any reason. I deserve to be paid for my time and my talents. I now feel ready and excited to approach this new creative project not only released from these old negative self beliefs but also stronger, more balanced and more in my power. Thank you Roxanne.

I've worked with Rory for a year now and can honestly say that I would recommend him to anyone. He is my calmer downer when I'm stressed, he is patient and - as a coach - you really couldn't ask for anyone better. He is someone that has empathy, is understanding and someone who is prepared to listen. I enjoyed my sessions with Vanessa. She is really helpful and friendly. Throughout the sessions I was able to express myself and talk freely. She is a good and clever listener who gives different insights into the subject we discuss. I would always love to talk to her.

Had a great Astaga class here tonight. More meditative than any yoga classes I've been to in London and I've tried 5 different studios. But no less challenging. A difficult but absolutely approachable class. I will be signing up for a membership. Would recommend.
