Resonate Leadership®️

Hello! I'm Ruth, an ICF accredited leadership and team coach. I work with individuals and organisations, including the public sector, business owners and leaders and managers working in corporate, education and charity sectors. I’ve coached clients on career change, confidence, developing leadership skills and presence, managing stress and building resilience. This has included challenges finding clarity and purpose, tackling overwhelm, handling conflict and finding a better work life balance, as well as leading teams, and building high performing teams. I had a wonderful and varied 20 year career in government that ranged across diplomacy, policy-making, change management, IT andlatterly strategy and leadership roles. I coached as part of my management and leadership roles and loved it, and so following the adoption of our 3 children, I decided it was time for a change and chose to retrain and start my own business. My clients describe me as empathic, challenging, genuine and insightful. To find out more, message me to arrange a free 30 minute conversation.

What do you love most about your job?

I love seeing clients not only reach the goals they’ve set themselves, but also the other transformations along the way - increased confidence, greater self-awareness and understanding and letting go of limiting beliefs that have been holding them back. These are the transformations that change lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

Freedom! Having the freedom to choose who I work with and when I work is important to me. Having my own business also brings a lot of variety to my work which I really enjoy.

Why should our clients choose you?

I use a range of coaching approaches, tools and techniques in my work (from positive psychology to neuroscience to more normative approaches and somatic coaching) and draw on what works best with each client and their circumstances. We are all unique, our relationship as coach and coachee will also be unique and so I don’t subscribe to a single approach.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I usually work via zoom, although I’m also happy to work using most methods of video calling.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I mainly operate remotely via Zoom, although I would be open to coaching while walking with local clients.
