I started working as a day labourer when I finished school. At first, it was simply to tide me over. Soon, I realised what goes into every building you pass on the street. After a few years, I began taking on more and more responsibility. From there it was a matter of time before I branched out independently. I’ve learnt that employees respect someone who's done the hard work and got their hands dirty.
We're able to handle nearly every construction project you can think of. We take a lot of pride in craftsmanship, as it gives our customers the best value for money. I’ll never excuse work that’s less than perfect, even if a customer is putting pressure on us to get the job finished ahead of time.
Our company offers mainly homebuilding and renovation services. Recently I’ve taken on more commercial building contractors. People in this line of work tend to think big, so we’ve been able to carry out renovations for whole blocks of flats. I’ve got a Level 3 Diploma in Electrotechnical Services, specialising in installations. This means I’m usually the one who’ll fit power systems, lighting, and any fire protection systems.

A huge thank you to Scott and the guys from Right Choice Drives and Patios. Scott worked with my budget to build me a perfect garden, with a patio, lawn, flowers beds etc. From the start of the project, Scott was able to provide his opinion on what he thought would work best for my outside space, but listened to my ideas too. The works completed included levelling the garden, the patio build, installing a trench and tubing for my EV charging cable, creating a timber flower bed etc - all work was completed in 4 days. The team were on site each day by 8am and worked hard throughout, making sure they kept the garden and surrounding areas tidy throughout. They've even come back in their own time to water the grass with buckets of water as I don't have an outside tap. Genuine, honest, friendly people - VERY HAPPY! Thanks!

Maliya construction is a very nice person. He has done my full extension and he has done kitchen, 2 bathroom and 3 bedrooms.all complete work, skim tilling, electricity.very good work.I love work very much .He have very patience and good man

This is the second time I got help from James. I got help to assemble some furniture, fix a fauly door lock and rectify an issue with another door. He went the extra mile and even went out to get the perfect door lock for me. As usual he did an excellent job for a super reasonable price. He is one of the most skilful people I have ever seen in my life. There should be 10 stars on Bark to give to someone like James.
