What do you love most about your job?

Being able to help clients make the changes in their lives they probably wanted to do for a long time, Watching people starting to embrace life again ; to stop just existing and start living.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I wanted to offer my clients a space to be truly listened to without judgement, a space where they can feel safe to explore all aspects of themselves and work though the tough stuff that life can bring

Why should our clients choose you?

Taking the first step to seeing a counsellor can feel really hard. Perhaps you are wondering how it could help, feeling like maybe your problems don’t qualify, or maybe they feel so big that you don’t know where to start. Have you have been trying to talk to friends or family about it but feel like they are not really listening? Or do people just want to give you advice?

Being truly listened to can make the world of difference; being really heard. I know from experience that this can give us the courage to work through the things we haven’t been able to face on our own. As you work with me, we will take things at your pace and have regular reviews of our work together to make sure we are staying with the issues you want to work on. Perhaps reading this you are wondering if it’s for you; why not email or call me so you can tell me what’s on your mind and have a taste of the difference being really listened to can make.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Yes, I work with clients on the telephone, or on Zoom
