I would like to start by saying; "Amazing, Superb and a MUST-see" Beatles tribute band. If you have not seen them, you MUST and I cannot highly recommend them enough. I have seen a lot of Beatles tribute act and like this one, I was dreading that they are just going to be like the others, go on stage, pick up their instrument and start singing, which was ok as after all that is what they are there for, but this is where the Vox Beatles differ from the rest of them, this is what makes the VOX Beatles unique, not only did they do the usual, they made the people really welcome, fully engaging with the audience in songs and they take time to speak to the audience before and after a song. What also makes them unique which I never saw with other Beatles tribute band, is that the 'banter' between John and Paul were so funny, with John making fun of Paul and Paul making fun of John and everyone making fun of George and Ringo. The music tempo was also well spread out, a few ballads in successions then rock and roll so it was not boring, it was uplifting and really enjoyable and what a joy to be in their company. The only disappointing bit I can tell you now is that they will not be performing as much now for the rest of 2020 which is a shame, but as soon as their gig's list updates we will be there. Thanks again Vox Beatles, you were wonderful in everyway. For those thinking of hiring a band, don’t just get a band, get the Vox Beatles.

I am a jazz pianist of some 50 years experience and offer a range of musical platforms for you as a customer. As a solo pianist I was resident piano player at the Grand Hotel, Brighton for 5 years and now play at a wide number of venues including the Grand Hotel Eastbourne, Horsted Manor for example. My trio formed in 2012 plays a mixture of modern jazz standards, pop tunes and some original numbers and we play regularly at the Grand Hotel in Brighton and at Chapter 12 Wine Bar in Hailsham as well many other venues.

Sussex Dance Studios will always have a place in my heart. Olivia was a late starter in dancing and I had probably taken her to every dance school in Eastbourne before finally choosing Sussex. She adored Miss Lisa and started with modern and tap. She soon wanted to dance more and started regular ballet and Classical Greek with Miss Pippa. Her technique, professionalism and love of dance stems from these two great dance teachers. She has excelled in all her dance exams including ballet which she really has to put her whole being into as she is not a natural ballerina! She progressed into the drama department and played some amazing roles one of my all time favorites being Peter in Peter Pan. Under the directorship of Miss Lisa Olivia's passion and talent for performing took her to a whole new level. I have been playing music for the best part of my life and what gives me pleasure is watching peoples faces light up when I play something that they recognise or can relate to. Music brings all kinds of emotions and this is what connects me with my audience. Do what you love and love what you do...
I have always backed artistes and made them sound great whether live on stage, onTV or in the studio, however I have never put myself at the front. So during lockdown I came up with this concept of putting the bass up front and showcasing music with a prominent bassline, then the whole B-Line Central idea was formed.
What I am offering is a very unique live/DJ bass led experience, featuring myself playing my bass guitar and interacting with the audience creating a party vibe and banging out tunes people want to hear and having fun in the process.
The beauty of this project is that it was conceptualised during Covid with the view of entertaining with little or no contact with the consumer.
Being a solo artist allows me to minimise anything physical and still deliver a performance safely.
