I have been involved in this industry for over 25 years from the age of 18. I started off being a labourer and ended up being a supervisor within 5 years. I now take great pride in bringing overgrown/unusable gardens back to life and giving families a useful all year round space.
Having worked for an employer for many years and then freelancing to others, I seen there was a gap within the market for someone who wanted to offer quality. From my previous experiences most customers never actually got what they was paying for, wether it be thinning of base areas or low grade artificial grass all to boost the employers pocket. We offer a service of high grade materials with experienced installers and as were local our aftercare to our customers is of paramount importance to make sure the customer is happy.
I know what i would expect as a customer so i have gone to different suppliers to get samples to get the best grass available for my customers to choose from, i now use 2 different suppliers and will only recommend a product which is suitable and fit for purpose. I have been assured by all suppliers that any issues with warranty will be dealt with immediately and not via third parties.
We only offer a high spec base and edging system, this is to ensure the artificial grass lasts the expected lifetime, we use recycled plastic edging which lasts around 50yrs compared to the standard wood edging which rots within 6yrs and also stwel edging.
I have over 25 years of experience in this industry and will be onsite myself during all installations.
I am not a big company and take a lot of pride in what i do, i will only deliver something i would accept myself.
