I enjoy every aspect of being a drone operator, from project inception, helping the client define their requirements through to developing the flight plan, obtaining the relevent permissions and ultimatly capturing the data required by the client, whether its videogrpahy or photography or a mixture of two. I find that I have a very good client retention rate. I put this down to the fact that I am generally a very dependable and reliable person together with being a professional and talented drone operator. My level of detail and planning is what sets me apart - very often i spend more time planning a drone opewration then the flight itself - I do this to ensure there is no time wasted on site as simply, with British weather, sometimes you can not afford to have missed opportunities when out in the field.
Although I use remote methods to plan and prepare for drone operations, this field of work is typically conducted onsite and 'out in the field'
