Sacred Sounds Therapy

Sacred Sounds Therapy

My name is Anna and I'm the founder and the Sound Therapist at Sacred Sounds. I'm certified Himalayan Singing Bowls Practitioner in Nepali -Tibetan lineage and Acutonics® Practitioner student. I have been successfully helping my clients to return to physical and emotional balance, deal with stubborn emotional patterns or simply to unwind and relax. Individual treatments involve the application of vibrating tuning forks on acupuncture points or singing bowls on or around the body. The structure of each session depends on client's underlying health problem and needs. Sessions last approximately an hour. Himalayan Singing Bowls It’s crucial to understand that imbalances on energy levels might create illness in your physical body. The vibrations of the bowls travel through your body and influence so called cell memory which can help when you want to free yourself from old, subdued emotions; habits or emotional patterns that are no longer serving you. The sounds that my bowls create will help you to relax deeply and go inside yourself. The vibration and sound of the Himalayan Singing Bowls activate the body so it starts producing endorphins that will sooth your nerves. Acutonics Acutonics® is an integrated approach to health care grounded in Oriental Medicine, cosmology, Taoist philosophy, depth psychology and sound healing principles. This effective non-invasive methodology works with the vibratory energy of sound. The vibrations of planetary bodies are brought into the therapeutic setting through the use of precision-calibrated tuning forks, planetary gongs, and hand chimes. Acupressure points and chakras provide non-invasive access into these core energy systems within the body. The planets provide musical intervals, archetypes, psychological depth, and correspondences that help us to fine-tune the therapeutic frequencies that are applied to the body.
