Vicky Poole Coaching

Thank you for reviewing my profile. I am a Certified Coach, #1 Best Selling Author, Feel the Fear Trainer and Non-Conflict Communicator. After leaving a career in corporate strategic sales in 2020, I wanted to pursue a life long passion of coaching and mentoring individuals who want more from life and simply don't know where to start first. I really enjoy supporting individuals throughout all stages of development and have a particular focus area of Difficult Conversations; which has applications with business and personal life including family interactions and diffusing situations. My other areas of interest include :- -> Stress and Anxiety Management -> Finding and Understanding Life Direction -> Understanding Anger -> Improving Communication -> Overcoming Fear. Mental fitness is something that we as individuals are never really taught, leaving our minds a breeding ground for self-doubt, procrastination, low confidence and imposter syndrome. All of these are contributing factors to stress, anxiety and depression which if left unmanaged, can rule our lives. I always include some mental resilience training as part of my coaching. Over my years I have suffered during postnatal depression, separation anxiety, redundancy, bereavement, unemployment, loneliness and more. I invested in coaches, counsellors and courses to help rebuild my mind with unshakeable confidence and assurance. I am an avid supporter of personal development and will always be open about my current or future learning plans. I am a married mother of two, plus two furbabies. My normal working hours are Tuesday to Thursday 9-4, Friday 9-7pm and occasional Saturday 9-12. I will only reply to Bark requests if you privately message me with a little more detail first because the tick boxes used within Bark doesn't provide enough information for me to assess whether we would be a good match.

What do you love most about your job?

I love being able to make a difference in someone's life.
But it's not just my clients' life that I impact, I also make a difference to everyone that my client interacts with too.
The way that I see it, I get to change the world. And who wouldn't love that?!

What inspired you to start your own business?

I started my journey to mental stability in 2012 when my life came crashing down around my ears. The universe guided me and showed me what it wanted me to do, but I didn't listen then.
I persevered with my Corporate Sales life and allowed myself to get progressively more and more unhappy until I reached a breaking point - 28 September 2020 was the day that I danced out of Corporate life and I knew then that I just wanted to make a difference to other people.

Why should our clients choose you?

In Corporate, I was often described as a generally unlikeable person.

I was also the person who was given all of the toughest projects and hardest problems, because whilst people didn't "like" me, they KNEW that I was the person to get the job done.

Everyone I meet tells me I am a likeable person. I like to get results. I help my clients reach their OWN goals and hold their hand as we take the journey together.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

I'm always available on WhatsApp too

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

I am fully compliant with GDPR and registered with ICO.
