Tom looked after our Springer Zeb whilst we were away on holiday. This was the first time we had been separated but Tom was confident and reassuring and we trusted him implicitly. He has a lovely manner with his own dog and with doggy visitors. He didnt mind when Zeb promptly peed on his floor when we dropped him off out of nerves. Tom sent regular videos of Zeb playing in the park and house whilst we were away. We would recommend Tom wholeheartedly to anyone considering a sitter. We have already booked again

I only gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give them 10 million!!! Gabby is nothing short of amazing. She corresponded multiple times with us even before we booked her classes. She came out for a 1-1 session with our pups and even came back for a second 1-1 when we were having specific problems. The class numbers were small so she was able to work on particular problems for each pup in addition to going through all the regular coursework. Her location allows for a lot of flexibility to cope with anxiety and socialisation issues. We will be going on to her next course to teach our pups more advanced skills as well as stay on track with what they are already learning. I can't say enough good about Gabby. Her training is excellent.

I enjoy helping people create an incredible bond with their dogs and I have helped many clients understand their dogs better. Throughout my life I continue to educate myself on dogs, the industry and training and have found that by working on your relationship with your dog first, many other things fall into place and problem behaviours disappear.
One key element I find when working with dogs is that most issues can be solved or do not establish themselves if we focus on the small habits on a daily basis. Bad behaviour is often the manifestation of losing sight of the basics. You cannot truly obedience train a problem behaviour out of a dog without being their leader first and understanding your dog. In my experience, consistency of daily rituals, structure, balance and accountability along with rewarding behaviours we like, create a well balanced and sociable canine friend. The truth is, dogs really need the structure and they will love you for it.
