The two personnel sent to install the Garador Garamatic 10 series 4, although knowledgeable with another brand, had no experience of installing and setting up this particular one. The physical installation was completed very well however the setting up of the operators took sometime and they failed to complete the Blue tooth set up. Admittedly the instructions were difficult to follow but I expected the installers to be proficient with a product that was recommended to me by a senior member of their management team. When I complained I was informed that they could not accept any responsibility because I had selected the product and that was not what they normally worked with. Ridiculous!!!!!
I would struggle to recommend them for installing Garador products.

When David came out to see the old garage door, he was so polite, honest and gave a quote there and then with a full explanation of what would be done, options available and wait time depending on what we required. The quote was typed up and delivered the next day with no additional charges or hidden costs. 24 hours later the 2 workmen where at the property fitting the door in the pouring rain!! What a wonderful and precise job they did, again very polite, professional and am sure the garage was tidier when they left then when they arrived!! We are a small business that has relocated from the Midlands to Dorset. We ran successfully for a number of years in the Midlands but in light of the last year have decided move to Dorset. We cover Dorset, Hampshire and some regions in Wiltshire and Somerset. We do not sell or install new garage doors we only repair them. Our years of experience ensure that if we cannot fix a garage door no one can. We do not charge a call out fee or VAT and we provide a same day service for 80% of our customers.

We do hold some of the older parts so we might be able to help you if we have the part available.
We have invested in a top of the range card reader to ensure people have the ability to pay with their card. We also use face masks and use hand sanitiser before meeting our clients and wipe down all surfaces touched when we are finished.
