Hi my name is Caroline, I am a holistic counsellor and a clinical hypnotherapist. Currently I offer online counselling via Zoom. My aim is to allow people to express their anxieties and concerns and to feel a little calmer and perhaps have a better understanding of themselves. I can help facilitate healing and a re-connection to their inner wisdom. I'm a fully qualified holistic counsellor and clinical hypnotherapist.

I'm an experienced counsellor working face to face & online with anyone over 12 years of age. I'm friendly and approachable so my clients feel comfortable with me making it easier for them to talk about whatever is going on in their lives. I have successfully helped clients with a variety of issues including anxiety, anger, bereavement, self-harm, addiction, low self-esteem, relationships issues and self-improvement to name a few.

Most of us experience rocky patches at times, anxiety, panic attacks, depression, relationship problems and trauma, so being able to have the opportunity to tell me your story and gain insight and perspective whilst finding the way forward, can be a welcome relief. I also help people who are experiencing sight loss or live with someone that is. Talking to a counsellor who understands can be hugely beneficial, especially at the point of diagnosis where you may experience challenging and painful emotions.

Butterflies Bereavement Support was created by a group of people who had experienced bereavement and loss and who have used their skills and experience to ensure that all people have full access to a specialist bereavement support network at the time of need for their family and friends. Since its inception, the service has grown and through the massive network of professionals we are able to offer a comprehensive range of services that support people not just after they have lost someone special but also before, so that the support is available and that they can plan ahead.

I believe in enabling you to create a clearer path to clear your mind. To do this I will provide you with a warm, empathic and safe space where we will work together at your pace.

I am a qualified counsellor working with young people aged 12 upwards, adults and older people offering face to face counselling, both short and long term. My formal training was in Humanistic Counselling based on Person-Centred approach.
