Hi I am Gail and I offer online life coaching to help you identify patterns which keep playing out in your life that are potentially stifling your growth and ability to create healthy relationships. I work with you to unpack ancestral trauma that you might be carrying from your parents and theirs. I use CBT, amongst other tools, to reprogram your beliefs about yourself and help you identify the strengths within you.

I have worked with a variety of ages from 5 upwards offering therapy and life coaching. I have over 15 years working within health. The focus being to help people develop healthy habits, coping skills, confidence and regain identity to flourish in their goals and life. Alongside this I help people to develop compassion for themselves and their experiences. I have also worked alongside employers and schools to support their students and employees.
