What do you love most about your job?

I love that every day brings new challenges and the opportunity to meet help and inspire some lovely people / companies to improve on current performance. Whether it be life coaching, owner coaching and development, sales and marketing, training or project management, I truly believe that I make a positive difference every single day.

What inspired you to start your own business?

For many years I worked for very large corporate organisations in a number of different senior positions and in a wide range of industries. I became very experienced and ultimately successful in: sales; sales management; business development; marketing; training; project management and coaching and won a number of awards and accolades to acknowledge my achievements. I had a eureka moment one day when I realised that I could have a much bigger impact if I worked with a number of smaller businesses to help them grow and achieve their goals and that the likely result would be greater satisfaction as I could share what I had learnt over the years with people / companies who really need my help. I left the corporate world in 2016 and haven't looked back. I made the right choice - I absolutely love what I do!
