How do you help your clients achieve their fitness goals?

We give free 1-2-1 consultations to understand about the client and their goals.
We then put people in to our FREE Fitness classes and guide and support them the whole way.
We also have a number of information and support evenings at the Freshstart Wellness Centre which will give people better knowledge of Nutrition and Fitness.

Seeing people change.
Not only body wise but also as a person, People gain confidence and that is a beautiful thing to see unfold.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I was in a bad place and someone reached out to me and said they could help me get back on my feet, I took their advice back in January 2012 and since then have gone on to helping people all over the planet with their health and fitness.
This feeling of helping others makes this job not feel like a job, If you love what you do its not a job!

We offer continued support from a huge number of Health coaches across the UK and also everything we do Fitness Related is FREE as we believe that people shouldn't need to pay for fitness classes.
