We also add a layer of protection, as a shield to our Client. Difficult issues can arise, meaning awkward conversations or unpleasant processes. Our philosophy is to humanise the process, be open with the employee and help them understand why their employer feels the need to implement such a process. This way, even if there are disagreements, there is always an understanding between the parties.
And where required, we can make the difficult calls and hold our Client's hand through these tough journey's, always analysing how to improve a situation, both in the present and future.

We have been "virtual" friendly even before the pandemic, so we can operate any service online and offsite to keep things safe.
