We would give more than 5 stars to David and his team if we could. David took down part of our living room wall to open up access into a previous extension, but made the whole process seem like nothing. Everyone was so polite, professional, and tidy. They kept us informed everyday with what was happening, their attention to detail was amazing, such extremely high quality work. David coordinated who was needed each day - seamless. This company is so good, that we have asked them to do more work, and wouldn’t use anyone else in future. No matter who else gives you a quote, they really can’t be better than this company.

My flat is in a conservation area of central London in a building that was converted into flats in the 1980’s with very poor insulation between floors and ceilings. I had no idea when I moved in this flat that the noise from the neighbours upstairs would be nearly unbearable, especially during the pandemic when I was required to work from home. I had been looking for soundproofing, but most companies I found were telling me that I will need to find someone to do the decorating after. I could not believe that they were not able to offer a complete solution. I work long hours and I have no time and energy to be looking around for a decorator. Akson Ltd were exactly what I was looking for. They offered me the best quality of soundproofing that is currently available in the market and they were also able to do the decorating after, all included in the price of the soundproofing. Soundproofing is not cheap and you should be ready to put up with some dust for a few days, but the quality of their work and the reduction in noise was worth it. The sound from upstairs has been minimised significantly and I am able to enjoy my flat. I was also very impressed with their hard work, cleanliness, and attention to detail. This company is outstanding and highly professional in their trade. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs soundproofing or any other type of building work. Darius and his team are very professional and highly reliable. They are probably the best company for soundproofing. Five stars are not enough for this company!
