After sending out a few messages, I settled on Ioana and Gabriella because of a combination of the swift, professional response, and previous reviews. They did a great job, arriving exactly at the agreed time, and immediately setting out to work methodically - helping to restore the picture of domestic orderliness that was very much needed (and thankfully the before is only a distant memory, as they also respected my privacy as I opted not to have before and after pictures). It has made a very tangible difference in the day to day.
