I signed up for one2one personal training with Spencer because I had lost faith in the Gym and myself and I was struggling to improve my running despite all the effort I was putting in. After 12 weeks of training I have seen fantastic results, I have dropped a dress size and lost nearly a stone in weight along with improving my 5k run time by over 5 mins. I really enjoy the workout sessions with Spencer he is tough and makes you work hard but still makes it fun as well and the results are worth it. I would highly recommend Spencer to anyone no matter what your personal goals are he will help you find a way to achieve them.
Having spent the last 24 weeks training with Matt I have been amazed by the level of support provided across wellbeing including fitness , nutrition and mindset. This have given so much more than previous trainers who seemed too focused on the fitness only.

I have been a member of so many gyms I've lost track, and I'm so glad I finally made it to Curves. The workout is strenuous but, easy to follow. No wandering around a mall size gym to figure out what to do. Just step into the circuit and you're off. I am dripping wet by the time I am done and move to the stretch circuit. The staff greets you by name when you come in, and when you leave. There's always a trainer in the circuit pushing and encouraging you and making sure your form is correct. These trainers know what they're doing and they truly care. The music is pumping with regular stops to check your heart rate, and you recover in between each machine while stepping on a padded mat. The cardio, boxing, and balance classes actually happen while you're working the circuit. There are no heavy weights to add or remove or seats to adjust. You are the force pushing that hydraulic fitness equipment that works every part of your body. And, during that 30-minute workout, you don't stop. There is this key tag system to keep track of your workout which motivates you to work harder and harder. On Curves Complete I have my own coach and I've dropped pounds as she pushed me along to eat right, drink enough water and face the challenges I face.The one in Glendale, AZ is super clean. It doesn't smell like a funky ole'gym and best of all it's all Women. Curves are the best. I highly encourage you to go.
