Natasha knows first-hand how trauma, overwhelm, feeling trapped, grief and breakdown can knock us off our balance, leaving us feeling unable to make life work for us. She operates a niche helping women to develop mental resilience in order to bounce back from negative experiences. Natasha has her own business where she works one-to-one with clients online/remotely, helping them to become the best version of themselves. Within the space of seven years, Natasha had a difficult pregnancy which resulted in the loss of her firstborn child. Seven months later there was a fire at her home. The month after the fire she suffered a miscarriage on Christmas Day which led to her having emergency surgery the following month. While dealing with grief and trauma, Natasha realised that an organisation with which she spent her entire life associated was far from what she thought it was. In addition to suffering the loss of her children, parts of her identity were beginning to crumble. After struggling with it all for years and feeling trapped, she suffered a breakdown and had to rebuild, reinforce and transform her life. Natasha went on a mission to learn as much as possible about how to build emotional and mental resilience. She applied much of what was learned to her own situation in order to make sense of how she became that broken. Natasha became empowered and resilient, realising that it does not matter who we were yesterday but who we are today. Whatever is happening in your life right now you have the power to take action. Get a FREE copy of the 7 Proven Ways to Turn In-action into ACTION. This thirty-one-page book shares the reasons why we procrastinate and gives steps and useful tips to become more powerful at taking action. As a mother of two small children, Natasha at times feels that are not enough hours in the day. It is difficult to take time out just to just focus on building and developing herself. However, having been to the lowest point in her life, she knows the importance of making time. When we are at our best, everyone we love benefits. What do you love most about your job?

Being a mental health and personal transformation coach enables me to help people get from where there are to where they want to be. It can just take one major upheaval or a series of traumatic events happening in close succession to knock any of us off our balance. There is hope and we can bounce back.
From personal experience, I know that stigma can be a hindrance to getting help as well as moving forward. I want people to know how to flip “STIGMA” and not let it be like a “STOP” sign in their lives.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have been to the lowest point in my life after losing my newborn baby, a miscarriage, surviving a house fire and more. In the end, I suffered a breakdown and had to rebuild, reinforce and transform.
It took a series of steps and important decisions to help me bounce back. In addition, I had to start living as my authentic self in order to enjoy mental and physiological balance. Often, we subconsciously seek to please the people in our circle which can cause us to live outside of our beliefs. We can compromise to the point where we begin to lose ourselves. These behaviours can lead to stress and anxiety. I want to share all that has helped me rebuild and transform.
In rebuilding my life, I was able to recognise the areas that needed change through the help of some amazing complementary therapies. I have since qualified in them as well as others. Personal experience is good, but when combined with knowledge of mental health therapies it is the right recipe for helping others make amazing breakthroughs. I now want to share all of the tools and techniques with those who need them. I am living my best life. Living our best life is not about social or financial status but just about having a sense of internal peace and joy as we live authentically.
By working with me, people will be able to use these tools and techniques to carve out the best version of themselves.

Why should our clients choose you?

Clients should choose my service because I have been on both sides of the fence. I know what it is like to feel completely lost and be full of fear to the point of breakdown. I also know how to bounce back and experience joy, peace and abundance.
Neuro-Linguistic Programming was developed by studying people who have recovered from things like depression, breakdown, anxiety and mapping their steps to recovery. Every one of us is unique but I am able to share my steps as well as the techniques learnt to help you chart a new course. You are in control and have the power to make choices that can lead to your transformation. Choose my service and let me show you how to unleash your personal power.

Counselling FAQs

Expand all

Your expert Counsellor will be able to advise you on the full range of services available and will be able to advise on what is most suitable. Use Bark to get free quotes and schedule an appointment today.

At your appointment, you will be encouraged to talk about your feelings and emotions with a trained Counsellor who will listen and support you without judging or criticising.
The therapist can help you gain a better understanding of your feelings and thought processes and find your own solutions to problems. However, they will not usually give advice or tell you what to do. The Counsellor might sum up what they understand you have been saying so that they can help you to form a plan of action.

Counselling can take place in a number of ways. These include:

  • Face to face session

  • Group session

  • Phone session

  • Email session

  • Online through live chat services or video conferencing software

You may be offered a single session of Counselling, a short course of sessions over a few weeks or months or a longer course that lasts for several months or years.

It can take a number of sessions before you start to see progress but you should gradually start to feel better with the help and support of your Counsellor.

You can be confident that any of the Bark local Counsellors listed will give you a reliable and efficient service to help you feel better.

You could look for Counsellors that are accredited by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA) which means that they have met the PSA’s required professional standards to practise.

Before you choose a Counsellor, you could read testimonials and read details of the issues they can help with on their website.

You could also look at their profile page on Bark and check out reviews from past customers too.

Counselling can help with many issues. These include the following:

  • Mental health conditions such as depression, anxiety or eating disorders.

  • Physical health conditions such as infertility.

  • Difficult life events such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress.

  • Dealing with difficult emotions such as low self-esteem or anger.

  • Sexual identity issues.

  • Divorce.

  • Redundancy and work issues.

  • Phobias and fears.

Absolutely! Many Counsellors provide their services remotely via an online video call or the telephone. Not only is it more convenient, but it's also the preferable option for many people who would feel more comfortable holding the session from the comfort of their own home.
